Men's and Women's Substance Abuse Recovery Methods

At Victory Outreach, we maintain homes for the rehabilitation of substance abusers and alcoholics. We do not offer any type of synthetic drugs. Our methods and solution is not replacing one drug with another, but it is a whole solution, which is found in a spiritual experience with Jesus Christ.

The development of a person's spiritual life and the promotion of the Gospel message of Jesus Christ is the primary purpose of our Homes. We are not a treatment program, Victory Outreach International relies upon biblical principles, prayer worship services, Bible studies and an atmosphere of God's love to affect change in a person's life.

An essential part in the growth of an individual's spiritual life, is the development of character and positive work habits. In the home, an individual will participate in various tasks, daily chores, and other selected assignments.

Our Homes require a one year commitment. The exact length of time, however, is determined by the individual's progress.

The Home is administered/operated by a group of members of the clergy, Para-professionals and ex-substance abusers.

We offer the substance abusers an entirely new way of life through Christianity.
