The operation of the Victory Outreach International®, Christian Denomination, is to assist churches of the Christian denomination faith in the promulgation of the gospel of Jesus Christ; 2.) To advance a positive "Move of God" among all people regardless of race, creed, or nationality; 3.) To establish schools to further the development of ministers in teaching, training, and preaching and to license and ordain ministers in the Christian Faith; and 4.) To dedicate forever any and all property of the Victory Outreach International®, Christian Denomination, for charitable religious purposes. Victory Outreach International® is governed by a Board of Directors and has no members. No part of the net income nor assets of this non-profit religious corporation shall ever go to the benefit of a VOI director nor VOI officer, nor private person.
